  Moved to Shelby Twp and made an appointment with Dr. Sandler for a couple of issues. In 2008 I had a skin cancer that was removed at U of M, I heard and read that it was a rare type of cancer which formed on my cheek. First appt. with this dr. was brief, not interested in anything I had to say but told me the cancer was not rare, he said this like I was an idiot. He suggested I have cortisone injections to flatten the scar. Each time I came he spent about 30 seconds with me and I was still talking when he left the room. The staff was great, he is arrogant and unprofessional. Each subsequent visit he breezed in and every time asked me "who did the surgery". I told him 7 times it was U of M. Final appt. when I replied he asked why he was "cleaning up U of M's mess". Up to that point I hadn't realized my face was a mess. Bottom line, after 7 painful injections the scar tissue is worse than it was when I started and I will never return to his office nor would I recommend this dr. to anyone. He's a mess.
