  Went to get my acne treated by the very kind and knowledged doctor working there. She suggested that I start acutain. Following this is where everything began to screw up because I was told to speak to one the most ignorant and incompetent technician's there is. What followed was a few months of getting incorrect information on how to sign up online along with calling and leaving messages that were never returned. Eventually the appointment was coming that I made before all these unnecessary events happened, and of course I cancelled it. A few minutes after I cancelled the appointment I received a call from a tech, and believe it or not it was same idiot tech that messed up everything the first time. I explained to her what happened, but all she did was blame me instead of taking any responsibility while still trying to get me to come back so I can waste more time and money on that unprofessional place. To sum this up, I really like the doctor there but when you surround yourself with fools like the tech there then there's going to be problems. I wasted 4 months of my time that could have been spent on getting my skin cleared up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.
